These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of KOD Services's Website and Mobile Application.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use KOD Services's website or mobile application if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.


Safety Declaration before submitting your service request:

(i) I am a healthy person and I am not staying in a containment zone.

(ii) I am not suffering from any flu-like symptoms: Fever, Breathlessness, Cough etc.

(iii) I have not travelled internationally in last 14 days.

(iv) I have not come in contact with any COVID-19 positive case in last 14 days.

(v) I understand that while KOD Services is taking all necessary safety and hygiene precautions, it cannot be held liable in the unfortunate event that a Client or professional is diagnosed positive with COVID-19.


The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website or mobile application or helpline number and accepting the Company's terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

-Dispute Resolution

KOD Services or its affiliate operates a complaints process to allow you to make complaints about KOD Services or Users, and KOD Services or its affiliate also manages refunds to you in relation to those complaints. KOD Services or its affiliate will operate this complaints process in a reasonable manner.

To raise a dispute you have to first drop and email to us. Alternatively you may also raise your Dispute through the helpline provided for the recording and resolution of Disputes. Our support team will contact you for dispute resolution and guide you to further steps to be taken.


In the unlikely event that a Dispute raised by you is not resolved and us, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in India. In the event of an unresolved Dispute, the parties shall first attempt to amicably settle the dispute through Mediation. If the dispute between the Parties cannot be resolved through Mediation within a period of 60 days from the reference of the dispute to Mediation, the Parties may pursue final and binding arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution as agreed upon by the parties. Arbitration will be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Any proceedings, including documents and briefs submitted by the parties, correspondence from a mediator, and correspondence, order and awards issued by an arbitrator, shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent from the other party unless: (i) the disclosure to the third party is reasonably required in the context of conducting the mediation or arbitration proceedings; and (ii) the third party agrees unconditionally in writing to be bound by the confidentiality obligation set out in these terms.


Terms and Conditions related to our various services


Service type: WATER SERVICE

1. This service includes servicing of an Air Conditioner with water through a jet pump. If any other defect or malfunctioning is noticed during the service, our expert will notify the Client. If Client wants, he or she can put a separate request for the repair through KOD Services mobile app or Website. It will be charged separately as per our rates. Our expert cannot be held liable for any other defect which is noticed during the procedure of water service.

2. Cooling capacity of an AC depends on several factors. Though water service improves this capacity but significant change may not be noticed due to other technological factors.


  1. Installation charges are valid for 12 feet length of copper pipe. If the length of this pipe exceeds 12 feet, charges will be levied in extra for per feet.
  2. If stand for outdoor unit is not available, it will be charged separately.
  3. Gas filling charges will be payable by Client in case of gas charging.

Service type: AC REPAIR

  1. Gas filling charges will be payable by Client in Guarantee/ Warranty period, in case of Compressor Replacement.
  2. As a safety measure, it is advisable for the Client not to stay in the room during the process of Gas filling.


  1. Prices shown on the website and mobile application are applicable to the household daily use water tanks only.
  2. If any sort of garbage or metals chunks or dead animal is found in the tank, it will not be taken up for cleaning by our expert.
  3. Charges are applicable for one hour of work only. If it takes more time than this stipulated duration, Client will be charged extra for the excess time.
  4. Equipment like waste bucket, broom, mop, other cleaning accessories and an active electricity connection, which may be required during the cleaning process, will be provided by the Client.
  5. Rates for the service will be decided according to the surface area.


  1. Charges are applicable for one hour of work only. If it takes more time than this stipulated duration, Client will be charged extra for the excess time.
  2. Equipment like waste bucket, broom, mop, other cleaning accessories and an active electricity connection, which may be required during the cleaning process, will be provided by the Client.
  3. Charges are applicable only for washing. Polishing or any other work will be charged in extra.


  1. Gas filling charges will be payable by Client in Guarantee/ Warranty period, in case of Compressor Replacement.


1. Rate mentioned is applicable to an area of 300 square feet. If area exceeds this limit, rates will vary accordingly. Our visiting expert will give you the correct estimation of cost after measuring the site for sanitization.

2. Please maintain safe distance from our expert while he is doing his job at your site.

3. Please do not touch or use the sanitized site or equipment for at least 3 hours or as suggested by our expert, after the sanitization drive is completed.

3. As a safety measure, it is recommended that children should be kept away from the site of pest control for at least a day after service has been done.



  1. It is advisable to maintain a safe distance with the expert while he is doing his job.
  2. Charges shall be paid in extra for any part fixed or replaced, other than those covered in the standard job or service.
  3. Though utmost care is taken while performing any task, our expert shall not be held liable in case of any breakage or damage that occurs accidently or arising due to any other fault in the equipment.
  4. Surety of guarantee or warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Our team is not liable to consider any such surety. Client must deal with these warranties and guarantees on his own.
  5. During the guarantee or warranty period, any cost of transportation or re-installation shall be borne by the Client.
  6. Our expert shall not be held responsible in case of any damage occurring due to fault in electrical circuits or faulty wiring or sudden surge or drop in voltage supply at the Client's location.
  7. Completed job shall be checked by the owner to his satisfaction, our expert shall not be held liable for any damage afterwards of the job completion. Any revisit by the expert shall attract revisit charge and will be considered a new job.
  8. Warranty will be applicable only for work handled by our designated experts.
  9. During the warranty or guarantee time period, if a repairing work is carried out by a worker other than our assigned one, we will not entertain any claim arising out of its warranty or guarantee.
  10. Service charges will be valid only for the first 30 minutes of work. If a job exceeds time period of 30 minutes, Rs.3/- will be charged afterwards for every minute.
  11. If a Client proposes to arrange any part needed for replacement on his own, that part must be made available to the technician within 30 minutes. If not so, Client will be charged Rs. 3/- per minute after the lapse of 30 minutes.
  12. If a situation arises where expert has to revisit due to unavailability of a part from Client's side, service charges will be applicable again. Further, we will not be responsible for the working of any such part which is not brought by its own technician. No claim of warranty or guarantee shall be entertained by us in this case.
  13. If the Client is not satisfied with the service of our expert, we will send another expert to verify the claims of the unsatisfactory Client. The decision of the new expert shall be considered final. The Client may opt to call for another expert on his own, provided it is done within 3 hours.
  14. If Client refuses to pay after the job is done or asks to undo the job completed, he or she will be liable to pay service and installation charges.
  15. In case of any dispute arising between the Client and the expert, case will be resolved only on the basis of legal proofs available with both the parties.
  16. The Client shall take care of his belongings or other items himself, at the site of work. Our firm will not entertain any complaint regarding such issues.



KOD Services is a consultancy firm which assigns and engages another firm to get your service done according to your specified requirement.

KOD Services, as and when receives your service request through its mobile application, website or its helpline number, assigns another technician/expert/service provider firm to your job. KOD Services has its own code of conduct to enroll these technicians/experts/service provider firms and system for background verification of the same. Though KOD Services takes utmost care and follows proper procedure before engaging any technician/expert/service provider firm, it cannot be held liable in case of any dispute arising between technician/expert/service provider firm and the Client. The service provider firms engaged by KOD Services are registered as per government rules. These firms may or may not be registered for GST, depending upon their services and turnover. The service provider firm which handles a Client’s job is responsible for collecting its charges for the services and all sorts of payments and will provide its own bill and receipt. KOD Services will only work as a mediator who is providing a platform to the Clients to place their requests and the technicians/experts/service provider firms who can take up these Clients’ service requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website or mobile application and the use of this website and mobile application (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;

limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

(a)are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
